Telephone ordering


You have a direct relationship with us, so call us and we can arrange things over the phone and take payments over the phone. And manage your account over-the-phone. We can reserve the appliances you need, arrange delivery, or arrange repair and maintenance.

We have an excellent range of products for rent and can source additional products to meet your requirements. We take into account longevity, usability, quality, features and past experiences with our preferred manufacturers / brands. All rentals are priced competitively and at trade prices.

Domestic appliances & commercial appliances


We primarily provide rental of domestic appliances to businesses. This typically allows rental at a lower price point than commercial alternatives. We are expanding our remit into commercial appliance rental too – so for more details on commercial appliance rental, do please reach out to us and we’ll find a solution that works for you.

Delivery & installation


We provide free delivery and expertise to install your rented product for free. Of course, abiding by social distance rules too.

What is the initial outlay?

There is no initial outlay. You pay the first month's rent once we deliver and install the equipment.

How long can we have the equipment?

You are not tied into a commitment. You can have the appliance for as long or as short a time as you need.

How is payment made?

You pay the first month on delivery. You can then set up a standing order, or fill in a standing order mandate and pay monthly.

What if we have a breakdown?

If you have a breakdown we try our very best to get out to you the same day. If not then the next day to either repair or replaced the appliance.

Will we have to pay for the breakdown repair?

No, breakdown and replacements are all covered.
